The Afinia L701 Hot Swap is an express replacement program available with the first year of factory warranty. If the printer issues cannot be resolved with Afinia’s Technical Support, a replacement printer will be sent via overnight shipping. The replacement printer may be new, or used at Afinia’s discretion. Replacement Hot Swap must be purchased at time of printer sale.
