The Afinia L701 with Powered Unwinder is a complete roll-to-roll color label printing solution for small to mid-sized operations bringing label production in-house. Built on Memjet's stationary waterfall printhead technology, the L701 prints full-color labels up to 8.5" wide at speeds up to 8 inches per second, with 1600×1600 dpi resolution and CMYKK ink coverage for vivid color and rich blacks.
The included powered unwinder feeds roll media smoothly into the printer at full print speed, supporting continuous production runs without manual media handling. Five 200mL ink cartridges keep per-label costs low and minimize changeover interruptions on mid-volume runs. The L701 also supports fanfold media — place a stack behind the printer, feed it in, and print directly from the box.
