The AUDLEY 4-Printheads 24" Premium DTF Printer (Model S8074-3) is a heavy-duty, industrial-grade Direct-to-Film system that combines high production speeds with precise color. Designed for high-demand garment printing, it produces crisp graphics on a wide range of textiles and pairs seamlessly with an automated powder shaker for true end-to-end production.

Printing technology & speed:

• Four Epson I3200-A1 print heads — superior color depth, smooth gradients, and vibrant images
• Versatile speed options — 4-pass: 26 m²/h (max throughput) · 6-pass: 18 m²/h (speed + detail) · 8-pass: 12 m²/h (photo-quality precision)
• CMYK + White pigment inks — brilliant printing on both light and dark fabrics

Hardware & media handling:

• Wide format — media widths up to 24" (60 cm) for large graphics or multiple designs side-by-side
• Hoson control board — stable, continuous, high-speed processing through long production runs
• Precision feeding — material pinch roller and pressing wheel for even tension, plus a suction-based Teflon belt to keep film steady
• Intelligent temperature control — built-in sensors maintain ideal operating conditions

Companion powder shaker (DF-800L(A)):

• Heating system — 10 heating tubes for uniform, rapid film drying

Software & requirements: typically bundled with trusted RIP/design software (such as Flexi or Riin) for advanced color management and seamless DTF compatibility. Operates on 220V, 50/60Hz power, and performs best between 59°F and 86°F (15°C–30°C).
