The Afinia DC250 and DC350 Semi-Rotary Die Finishers bring versatile, efficient label finishing in-house. Available in two web-width sizes — 250mm and 350mm — these machines handle laminating, die cutting, waste removal, slitting, and rewinding, producing finished rolls that are ready for application.

With speeds up to 30 meters per minute, the DC250/DC350 series is built for larger brands and print shops ready to move label production off outsourced runs. Bringing finishing in-house speeds up turnaround times, gives you more control over quality, and cuts costs tied to outside vendors.

These are offline finishing systems designed to work with pre-printed, uncut rolls — a separate printer handles the label printing step, and the DC250/DC350 takes care of finishing. This two-stage setup gives you more flexibility and control over how your label production is configured.
