The Geo Knight DK16 is a 14x16 heavy-duty digital clamshell heat press designed for environments with space limitations and operators who need portability without sacrificing performance. The clamshell design raises the back of the heat platen above and away from the bottom table — providing better access than competing clamshell presses — and the All-Thread frame allows shirts to be slid over the table with full drape space around and underneath the loading area.
The DK16 can be upgraded to a semi-automatic press with the optional Pop-Up automatic release upgrade, enabling faster garment production at a reasonable additional cost. Interchangeable bottom tables for smaller pressing areas are also available.
Why shops choose the Geo Knight DK16:
- Full lower table access — back platen raises above and away for better access than other clamshell designs
- All-Thread table loading design — slide shirts on with complete drape space around and underneath
- Fully digital temperature control — 32°–600°F range for precise, repeatable results
- SuperCoil-Microwinding heater technology — even heat distribution across the full 14x16 platen
- Self-lifting gas spring with wide opening — easy single-hand operation
- Portable and compact — built for limited-space environments and mobile operators
- Optional Pop-Up automatic release upgrade — easily convert to semi-automatic production
- Interchangeable bottom tables — available for smaller pressing areas
